How to make baked peas with salted egg yolk

1. Blanch peas for 2-3 minutes

2.Drain out the cold water

3.Roll the peas in the starch, and then sieve out the excess starch

4.Oil Heat Then, fry in the pan until golden and crispy, remove and control oil

5.Salted egg yolk (my (I used 4 egg yolks because they are relatively small) Spray white wine on the surface and bake in the oven at 150°C for ten minutes (you can also steam them)

6.Grind into fine sand (you can also crush it with something)

7.Put a little oil in the pot and fry the salted egg yolk powder first to make bubbles

8.Pour in the fried peas, add a pinch of salt (or leave it out according to personal taste), stir-fry evenly
