Ingredients
Mutton ( 500g ) | Onion ( Half root ) |

Light soy sauce (1 spoon) | Cooking wine ( 1 spoon span> ) |

How to make cumin mutton
1.Prepare a piece of fresh mutton, clean it and drain it

2.Peel the skin and debone the mutton

3.Then cut into small strips, Put it into a large bowl and set aside

4.Cut the onion into small pieces and set aside

5.Add one spoon of light soy sauce, one spoon of cooking wine, 1.5 grams of salt, 1 spoon of oil and half of the onion and mix well.Marinate for about 30 minutes (onions can remove the odor of mutton very well)

6. Cut the ginger, garlic and scallions and set aside

7. Wash and cut the cilantro into sections and spread them on a plate Reserve for later use

8. Prepare cumin powder and chili powder

9.Pinch out the onions from the marinated mutton

10.Then add 4 tablespoons of cornstarch

11.Catch and mix well and set aside

12. Heat the oil in the pan over high heat.Heat to about 80 degrees and turn to medium heat

13.Pour all the mutton into the oil pan and fry To burnt yellow

14.Then remove and drain the oil and set aside
