How to cook pork with tiger skin eggs

1.Cook the eggs.

2.Peel and set aside.

3.Use kitchen paper towels to absorb the water on the eggs.(Prevent splashing in the oil pan)

4.Put oil in the pot and heat it up.

5.Put in the eggs.

6. Cover the pot when frying eggs.This is safer and prevents oil from splashing out.

7. Fry until golden brown.

8. Remove and set aside.

9.Wash the pork belly.

10.Cut into pieces.

11.Use the remaining oil from fried eggs.

12. Add sugar and stir-fry the sugar color.
