How to make spicy beans

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture.Remove the stems of the beans and wash them, peel the garlic and wash the red peppers.

2. Boil the water in the pot and add the water to blanch the beans.(turns green)

3. Remove the cold water and drain it.

4. Cut beans into inch-long sections, cut red finger peppers into knots, and dice garlic.

Tips
If you like softer beans, you can add 2 tablespoons of boiling water and stir-fry them in two steps.
