Ingredients
Pork belly ( 400g ) | Ginger (appropriate amount) |
Garlic (appropriate amount) | Star anise ( appropriate amount ) |
Cinnamon ( appropriate amount ) | Geranium leaves ( 2 pieces ) |
Rock sugar ( 10 capsules ) | Dark soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( Appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine ( Appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) | Chopped green onion (appropriate amount) |

1.Cut the pork belly into small pieces, wash and boil in cold water until it boils, remove and wash and set aside.

2. Slice ginger, garlic cloves, rock sugar, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves for later use

3. Pour a little oil into the pot and add rock sugar.

4. Stir-fry in the pot over low heat until red

5.Pour in the pork belly and stir-fry until the meat is completely coated with sugar color

6.Add ginger, garlic, star anise and cinnamon and continue stir-frying

7. Add hot water until the meat is submerged, pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, add bay leaves, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.

8. Cook until the soup becomes less, add salt and high heat to reduce the juice, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve on a plate , a delicious braised pork would be great.
