How to make large plate of chicken legs
1.Ingredients for later use

2.Large chicken legs, cut into pieces and blanched , wash with water and set aside

3.Soak fungus for later use

4. Heat the pan and pour oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry red oil

5.Pour in the chicken legs, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce to color, and add cooking wine

6.Add the fungus and stir-fry, add some water and simmer for about three minutes

7.Add salt, chicken essence, green and red pepper, and stir-fry for one minute
