Ingredients
Oil tofu (appropriate amount) | Lean meat (Moderate amount) |
Peanut oil ( appropriate amount ) | Onions ( appropriate amount ) |
Ginger ( appropriate amount ) | Cornstarch ( appropriate amount ) |
Soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Wash the fried tofu and cut it into two pieces

2.Cut green onions and ginger slices for later use

3. Wash and slice the lean meat (Cut thinner for more tenderness) Marinate with oil, salt, cornstarch, and soy sauce for 10 minutes

4.Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry lean meat and ginger slices until cooked through

5.Pour in the oiled tofu and stir-fry twice

6.Add some water and simmer until 5~6 minutes

7.Sprinkle chopped green onion, salt and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly p>

You can add green pepper if you like it, it tastes better!
