How to stir-fry carrots and meat

1.Wash and slice carrots

2.Lean meat slices for later use

3. Cut off the garlic sprouts and dice the garlic cloves and set aside

4.Put oil in the pot until smoking, add lean meat and stir-fry

5.Saute until half done, add soy sauce and stir-fry for two minutes.Set aside in a bowl

6. Use the remaining oil in the pot to fry the carrots.First add the garlic cloves and stir-fry, then add the carrots and stir-fry until half cooked, then add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry a few times

7. Then add the previously fried lean meat, add salt and thirteen-spice light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

8.Finally plate and serve
Tips
Use medium to low heat throughout the process, and add a little boiled water when frying carrots.Boring makes it easier to mature
