Goose egg ( one ) | Lean meat, carrots, green onions ( appropriate amount ) |
Oil, salt, MSG, soy sauce, water ( appropriate amount ) |
How to steam goose eggs

1.Goose eggs, lean meat, carrots, green onions, set aside

2.Goose egg from the middle Knock it open, add 1.5 times the water, add appropriate amount of salt, stir evenly, sift and set aside.(Ratio: 1 to 1.5.For one goose egg, add three times the amount of water for half the goose egg.)

3.Chop the lean meat into small pieces, dice the carrots, and mince the green onions

7. Cover the goose egg liquid with plastic wrap and insert a few holes.Boil water and steam for 10 minutes, the specific time depends on the heat.
Put the cooked minced meat on top of the goose eggs, and it’s delicious.
Tips
Mix the goose egg liquid with water and add some salt to make it taste better.
