How to cook fish head with chopped peppers

1.One fish head, I chose silver carp.Generally speaking, the bigger the fish head, the more delicious it is, and it must be freshly killed to be fresher.

2.I chose two types of chopped peppers.Yellow and red.You can choose according to your preference.

Tips
