Ingredients
Rape ( 200 grams ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 200g ) |
Meat ( 30g ) | Onions ( 20g ) |

How to cook rapeseed with mushrooms

1.After washing the rapeseed , cut into one-inch wide sections

2.Remove the roots of shiitake mushrooms

3.Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, pour in the mushrooms, blanch for 3 minutes, remove and set aside

4.After cooling, cut into long strips

5.Slice onions, slice meat

6.Water starch (10 grams of starch + 20 grams of water) for later use

Tips
Blanched mushrooms are more delicious when fried.When cutting rapeseed, look for a good grain.Be sure to cut it vertically and not along the wire, otherwise it will not be cooked easily.
