Celery ( 400g ) | Pork ( Pork belly or lean meat ( 100g ) |
Light soy sauce ( Appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine ( Appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( One teaspoon ) | Chicken essence ( One teaspoon ) |
| Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fried meat with celery

1.Choose celery, wash it, and pat the celery with the back of a knife.

2. Cut the celery into sections and put on a plate for later use, and slice the meat.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it up, add the meat slices and fry until cooked.

4. Add light soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.

5. Add the celery and stir-fry together.

6.Add salt and chicken essence to taste.

7. Remove and serve on a plate.
Tips
If you like the celery to be firmer, fry it for a little less time.Personally, I like to fry the celery for a little longer to make it more flavorful.
