How to make curry chicken wings

2. Cut two knives on the inside of the chicken wings as shown in the figure to facilitate the flavor

3.Add salt, pepper, and cooking wine in turn, mix well with your hands, and marinate for 30 minutes

4.Put in butter and cook until melted, add chicken wings and fry until golden brown on both sides, remove and set aside
