Ingredients
Rooster ( 1 ) | Edamame ( Half a catty ) |

Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) |

Edamame How to make roasted rooster

1. Prepare the onions Chop the ginger and garlic and set aside

2. Freshly killed local chicken does not need to be blanched., it is recommended to blanch frozen chicken

3.Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot

4.When the oil is 80% hot, add ginger slices, garlic, and drained chicken

5. Fry the chicken pieces dry over high heat and add a little cooking wine

6.Then pour in the pre-washed edamame

7.Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce.

8.Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat, for about 25 minutes , you can consider turning to high heat to collect the juice.

9. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with green onions, and pour over the soup.
Tips
Mine is a male chicken.If it is an old chicken, it is recommended to use a pressure cooker, otherwise the liquefied gas will not easily stew into a paste.
