How to make fragrant Sophora japonica eggs

1.Pinch off the branches and stems of acacia flowers, leaving only the flowers.

2.Add appropriate amount of water and 1 teaspoon of salt (the amount outside the ingredient list) and soak for 5 minute.

3. Rinse with clean water, drain, and crack in 3 eggs.

4.Add salt to taste.

5. Stir evenly (you can add some water if you like the taste fresh and tender).

6. Heat the pan and add oil.

7. Pour in the sophora flower egg liquid when the oil is about 50% to 60% hot.

8.After it is basically solidified, use a shovel to cut it into small pieces.

9. Fry until it is as tender as you like.

10. Remove from pot and plate.
Tips
When choosing Sophora japonica, the half-open state is best.
