Ingredients
| Chicken wing roots ( 10 pieces ) | Oil ( Appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 tablespoons ) |
Dark soy sauce ( Half tablespoon ) | Cooking wine ( half spoon ) |
Star anise ( 2 pieces ) | Green onions ( 1 small section span> ) |
Ginger ( 1 small piece ) | Rock sugar ( a little ) |
Cooked white sesame seeds ( a little ) |
How to make Braised Chicken Wings

1.Wash chicken wing roots, green onion segments, chives, star anise, and ginger, and add rock sugar.

2. Cut each chicken wing root twice with a knife (good for flavor), slice green onions, ginger Slice and chop green onions.

3. Boil the chicken wing roots in cold water.

4. Remove, rinse away the foam and dry.

5.Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add rock sugar and boil until the sugar color appears.

6.Pour in the chicken wing roots, green onion slices and ginger slices and stir-fry.

7. Pour in the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine and star anise and stir well until coloured.

8.Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

9.Add a little salt and turn to high heat to reduce the juice.

10.Place it into a plate and sprinkle with a little cooked white sesame seeds and chopped green onion.

11.Ready to eat.
Tips
Make the cutting edge of the chicken wing as shallow as possible so that the finished product will be more complete.(Lettuce on the plate is optional*).
