How to make crispy chicken wings

1.Use a toothpick to poke some small holes in the wings, put them into a bowl, add cooking wine, minced green onions, minced ginger, and salt, and mix well

3.Add fried chicken powder: flour: starch: milk powder = 4:1:0.5, then add appropriate amount of black pepper
