Ingredients
Pig's trotters ( 1.5 pounds ) | Soybeans ( 0.5 pounds ) |
Ginger slices ( appropriate amount ) | Garlic ( appropriate amount ) |

Dark soy sauce ( A bowl ) | Soy sauce ( 5 tablespoons ) |

How to braised pig trotters with soybeans

1. Boil the pig's trotters, wash and drain and set aside

2.Soak the soybeans in water for about 15 minutes in advance, wash them and set aside

3.Put the ginger slices, onions and garlic into the pot and saute them with oil

4.After the pot is hot, add the pig's feet and soybeans and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add the rice wine and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes

5.Finally add dark soy sauce, soy sauce, water, rock sugar and salt

6.As soon as the sauce boils, put the ingredients into the pressure cooker and cook it for 15 minutes.

Tips
If you don’t have a pressure cooker, use a pot to simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.Just turn the pot every once in a while to make sure the water is not dry.If it's too dry, add water appropriately.
