How to cook chicken with mushrooms

1. Wash and cut the chicken into pieces, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence, cooking oil, pepper, Ginger, garlic, starch.(This ingredient is added according to personal cooking preferences)

2.Catch and marinate for half an hour.

3. Wash and cut the mushrooms into cubes and set aside.

4. Prepare dried chili, chilli padi, and chopped green onion.Set aside.

5. Heat the oil in the pot, add the chicken pieces and dried chili and stir-fry evenly.

6. Stir-fry until it changes color slightly, add the mushrooms and stir-fry.

7.Continue to stir-fry for two or three minutes.

8.Pour into the casserole.

9.Add water.

10. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the soup thickens.

11.Sprinkle with chilli padi and chopped green onion.

12.The delicious mushroom stewed chicken is ready.
