Ingredients
Tofu ( 1 big piece ) | Fermented bean curd ( 3 pieces ) |
Lean meat ( 100g ) | Red bell pepper ( Half ) |
Garlic ( 3 petals ) | Chives ( 2 pcs ) |
Peanut oil ( appropriate amount ) | |
Corn starch ( 3 grams ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) |
Chicken essence ( 2 grams ) |
How to stew tofu with bean curd

1. Prepare all materials.

2.Lean meat, wash and mince garlic, cut red bell pepper and chives into small pieces fine grain.

3. Rinse the tofu slowly under running water and cut into pieces.

4.Wash the pot, heat it and pour in the peanut oil.

5. Pour down the minced meat and stir fry until raw.

6. Add minced garlic.
