How to stir-fry silkless beans with black bean sauce

1. Chop onions, ginger and garlic and set aside.

2. Chop the meat into mince and set aside.

3. Blanch the silkless beans and set aside.

4.Put peanut oil in the pot, simmer the onion, ginger and garlic, add tempeh and minced meat Stir-fry.

Tips
Silk-free beans need to be blanched in hot water before frying.Add a little salt when frying.The tempeh has a salty taste.
