How to stir-fry beef with lettuce and yam

1. Prepare ingredients.

2.First soak the fungus in hot water.

3. Add appropriate amount of starch to the soaked fungus and rub it thoroughly.

4. Peel and slice the lettuce into thin slices.

5. Slice the ginger and garlic.

6. Soak the yam slices in salt water for a while to prevent discoloration.
