How to cook clams and eggs

1. Clam spitting sand: Put the clam into salt water , then add a few drops of oil, spit out sand, about 2 hours.

2. Boil the water, wash the clams and blanch them in boiling water until they open and remove them one by one.out.Rinse the blanched clams with cold water.If there is any sediment left, wash it off.Reserve the water used to scald the clams.

3. After the water for blanching the clams has settled slightly, carefully scoop out a few tablespoons and add appropriate amount of cold water.Mix into warm water, the amount is about twice as much as 2 eggs.Pour the egg liquid into warm water, add a little salt and beat until fine bubbles come out of the egg liquid.Pour the clams into the egg liquid one by one and seal with plastic wrap.

4.Put the egg liquid into the microwave oven, Adjust to the defrosting setting and simmer the eggs for 16 minutes (about 8 minutes for one egg).After simmering, add an appropriate amount of fresh soy sauce and sesame oil for seasoning.
Tips
The egg stewing time varies slightly depending on the power of the microwave oven.It is about 8 minutes for 1 egg and can be adjusted slightly.Slowly remove the plastic wrap and be careful of steam burns.
