How to stew beef brisket with tomatoes
1. Cut the beef brisket into cubes and soak in cold water.Pay attention when preparing the auxiliary ingredients.After soaking the bleeding water, pour it out and replace it with clean water.

2. Cut the white onions into sections, slice the ginger, cut off the pickled peppers, and cut the spicy red millet into rings.Put the onion, ginger, garlic, rock sugar, and chili in a bowl and add them to the pot together.Wash the dried Sichuan peppercorns, dried chilies and star anise and put them in another bowl.(Green and chopped green onions)

3.Peel the tomatoes and cut into pieces.Place two tomato chunks in one bowl and the rest in another bowl.

4. After the oil is hot, put the seasonings on the white plate in the picture above into the pot and stir-fry over low heat.When fragrant, add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, dried chilies, dried Sichuan peppercorns and star anise, and stir-fry until fragrant.Pour in the cubes of two tomatoes and continue frying.After one minute, pour into the casserole and set aside.(Use low heat before putting the tomatoes in the pot, and switch to high heat after the tomatoes are put in the pot)

6. Get a pot of water.Put the soaked beef in cold water into the pot, boil it and skim off the foam.

7.Pour the beef and water into the casserole and simmer for one hour.After the beef brisket is stewed, add the remaining tomato cubes and cook.Add appropriate amount of salt before serving.

8.Sprinkle with chopped green onion and complete.
Tips
1.Because I soaked the beef for a long time, the blood water has basically been soaked out, so there is very little foam in the water after cooking the beef, so I used it directly to stew the beef brisket.If you mind, you can boil clean water separately for stewing.
2.The picture looks rather heavy-duty.Firstly, I prefer strong flavors, and secondly, the remaining tomato soup can be poured over noodles or cooked with cabbage.This is a personal habit (•̀ᴗ•́)و ̑̑.If you can’t eat something heavy, you don’t need to add dried chili pepper, dried Sichuan peppercorns, and millet spicy food.You can also add a few slices of onion.
