How to make stir-fried pork with pig ears and beans

1.Prepare ingredients.

2. Cut the beans into shreds.

3. Boil water in a pot, add shredded beans and blanch for one minute.

4. Dice the green onion, shred the pork, and shred the red pepper.

5. Remove the shredded beans, drain and set aside.

6.Put oil in the pot and heat until it is 50% hot, add shredded pork and stir-fry saute.
