Tofu ( 1 piece ) | Garlic ( 1 handful ) |
Green chili pepper ( 2 items ) | Red pepper ( 1 piece ) |
Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Oil ( Appropriate amount ) | Salt ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make stir-fried tofu bento with garlic sprouts

1. Wash the garlic sprouts and cut the head and tail separately.

2. Do not slice the tofu too thin.

3.Put the fried tofu in a hot pan until golden brown on both sides, remove and set aside.

4. Stir-fry the garlic sprouts and chili peppers together.

5.Pour the soy sauce and oyster sauce into the pot and stir-fry together.

6.Pour the garlic leaves into the pot and stir-fry.

7.Pour the fried tofu into the pot, stir-fry and add salt
