How to make spicy spicy hot pot at home

1. Wash the prawns, cut their backs and devein them, slice onions, ginger and garlic, and cut coriander into sections for later use

2.Cut eel meat into long pieces and set aside

3.Cut lettuce into strips and set aside

4.Cut green and red peppers into strips and set aside
