Ingredients
Spinach ( a handful ) | Vermicelli ( A handful ) |
Onion, ginger and garlic ( Appropriate amount ) | Salt ( Appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) | Dark soy sauce ( a little ) |
How to make spinach vermicelli

1.Soak the vermicelli in hot water for 20 minutes

2.Wash the spinach (because I prepared in a hurry, so I removed the spinach roots. If you have enough time, you can wash the spinach roots for a while, because the roots are very nutritious)

3. Heat hot water in a pot and blanch the spinach until soft, then take it out, then pour it into cold water and set aside

4.Onions, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, salt, and dark soy sauce are ready (a little dark soy sauce is just for coloring and more appetizing)

5. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic, dark soy sauce and light soy sauce until fragrant, then add water

7. After the vermicelli is cooked, add spinach and salt and cook for one minute (the salt can be adjusted according to the saltiness of the soup, until the soup is slightly saltier than the vegetables)

8.Out of the pot

6.After the water boils, add the vermicelli
Tips
It is best to use warm water to soak vermicelli. It feels a little hot when you put your hands in it, the temperature is about 40℃-50℃.Generally speaking, soak the vermicelli in warm water for about 20 minutes and the vermicelli will be ready.Vermicelli is hard and difficult to soak even if it is soaked in cold water for a day
