Ingredients
Tomato (One) | Tofu (One piece) |
Garlic sprouts ( 2 roots ) | Chili pepper ( 1~2 roots ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Oyster sauce ( a spoonful ) |
Water starch ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to make tomato tofu

1. Blanch the tofu in a pot and cut into small pieces and prepare p>

2.Tomato dices

3.Garlic sprouts and pepper cut into sections

4.Hot oil Sauté the garlic sprouts and chili pepper until fragrant

5. Saute until fragrant, add tomato cubes, stir-fry and add appropriate amount of water . Bring to a boil
