Beans ( 1 catty ) | Pork belly ( half a catty ) |
Zanthoxylum bungeanum (3g) | Aniseed ( 1 piece span> ) |
Sugar ( 5 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
Salt ( 3 grams ) | Onions ( 1 ) |
Ginger ( 5 grams ) | Garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
Farmer's recipe for stewed beans

1.Wash and cut the pork belly into cubes, slice or dice the onion, ginger and garlic

2. Heat the pot, add the oil and stir-fry the beans until they turn dark green and form small bubbles, set aside

3.Add pork belly and stir-fry until golden brown, add sugar and stir-fry for color

5.Add water, light soy sauce and salt, and simmer until the soup is thick
