How to cook scallops and winter melon

1. Soak the scallops in warm water for an hour in advance.

2.Peel and flesh the winter melon and cut into cubes of about 3-4 cm.

3. Cut the ginger into fine pieces and set aside.

4.Cut the green onions into chopped green onions and set aside.

5.Add starch to water and salt to make gravy and set aside.

6.Put cooking oil and lard into the hot pan.

11. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, the winter melon is completely cooked When cooked, add water and starch to reduce juice.

12.Turn off the heat and add the chopped green onion.

13. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
Tips
1.Friends who don’t like lard can leave it out.
2.Because the amount of scallops is enough, the dish has enough flavor without adding too much seasoning.
