Pork belly ( 200g ) | Dried tofu ( Half sheet ) |
Cabbage leaves ( 300g ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
Oyster sauce ( 10g ) | |
Zanthoxylum bungeanum ( 2g ) | Chicken powder ( 5 grams ) |
Onions ( 1 piece ) |
Recipe for Stewed Pork Belly, Cabbage and Dried Tofu

1. Wash and tear the cabbage into pieces and dice the green onions., slice the meat, cut the dried tofu into strips

2. Heat the pot and add the oil.Stir in the meat until fragrant

3.Add onions and peppercorns

4.Add cabbage, dried tofu and stir-fry

5.Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce

6.Add water, chicken powder and salt and bring to a boil

7.Put it into a casserole and simmer for about 10 minutes until the soup reaches your preferred consistency.I like the soup to be less soupy and more flavorful
