Potatoes ( 2-3 ) | Chicken ( Half one ) |

How to make potato stuffed chicken

1.Cut the potatoes into cubes and set aside

2. Cut the chicken into pieces, add appropriate amount of ginger slices, light soy sauce, cooking wine, chicken essence and salt into the chicken pieces and marinate for 10-20 minutes.
