Ingredients
Silky tofu ( 1 box ) | Minced pork ( 100g ) |
Edamame ( 100g ) | Dried incense ( 1 piece ) |

Cooking wine ( 1 tablespoon ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Salt ( 1 tsp ) | Pepper ( 1 tsp ) |
White sugar ( A little (optional) ) | Cooking oil ( 1 tablespoon ) |
How to make steamed tofu with edamame and minced meat
1. Chop onions and ginger into fine pieces.

2. Wash the edamame and make notes.

3. Cut the dried fragrant seeds into small pieces.

4. Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce, a tablespoon of cooking wine and a tablespoon of cooking wine to the minced meat spoon cooking oil.(Put a spoonful of light soy sauce at the back)

5.Add a small spoonful of salt and a A small spoonful of pepper.

6.Stir evenly and marinate for ten minutes.

7. Take the soft tofu out of the box, cut it into small pieces and put it in a bowl.

8. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat it up.

9. Add the minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color.

10. Add the chopped green onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

11. Add edamame and dried fragrant seeds and stir-fry.(You don’t need to fry the edamame)

12.Finally add a tablespoon of oyster sauce, a tablespoon of oyster sauce Spoon light soy sauce and a little sugar and stir-fry evenly.

13. Pour the fried beans and minced meat on top of the tofu.

14. Steam in a pot with cold water, and then steam for 10 minutes.
