How to make slider chicken with mushrooms

1. Prepare the materials as shown in the figure.(Black fungus needs to be soaked 1 hour in advance)

2.Pick the chicken from the bones, Cut into small pieces.Add a spoonful of starch and a spoonful of oyster sauce, mix well and set aside.

3. Add appropriate amount of starch to the soaked black fungus and rub it thoroughly.
