How to make colorful steamed eggs

1.Separate the egg white and egg yolk.

2. Add 1 gram of salt and 20 grams of water to the egg yolk and beat well.

3. Sift the egg yolks evenly and set aside.

4.Peel off the shells of salted duck eggs and preserved eggs and cut them into small pieces.

5.The ham is also cut into small pieces.
