How to fry squid with onions

1.Ingredients: wash and cut the squid, marinate with salt, sugar, oyster sauce and starch for preparation.Cut the onion into cubes, cut the green onion into sections, and chop the ginger and garlic.

2.Put garlic and ginger in the pot and sauté until fragrant.

3. Add the squid and fry for half a minute.

4. Add onion and stir fry.

5. Add the light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and cook for two minutes.

6.Open the lid and add starch water to thicken it.

7. Add the green onions and stir-fry evenly before serving.

Tips
Fresh squid does not need to be boiled, as boiling water will take away its sweetness.Ice squid needs boiling water.If not, water will come out during the frying process.
