Ingredients
Mushroom ( 400g ) | Pork belly ( 250g ) |

How to make fried pork with mushrooms

1.Clean the mushrooms one by one.

2. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices of about 2-3 mm.

3. Cut the dried chilies into sections, cut the ginger into shreds, and cut the pepper into about one centimeter pieces.Cut into oblique sections and mince garlic.

4.Clean the pork belly.
