Ingredients
Pig's trotters (1 piece) | Garlic (2 pieces span> ) |
Red pepper ( 2 pieces ) | Light soy sauce ( half spoon ) |
Dark soy sauce ( half spoon ) | Cooking wine ( half spoon ) |
Onion and ginger ( A little ) | Sugar ( Half a spoon ) |
Pixian Doubanjiang ( 2 spoons ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
How to make spicy pig trotters

1.Prepare ingredients

2.Blanched pig trotters

3. Heat oil in a pan, onion, ginger and garlic Saute until fragrant

4.Add 2 tablespoons of Pixian red oil bean paste and stir-fry

5.Add pig trotters, half a spoon of light soy sauce, and a half spoon of dark soy sauce
