Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Sugar (appropriate amount) |
Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) | Ginger ( appropriate amount ) |
How to braise meat with wild onions

1.Wash the wild onions and blanch them

2.Squeeze out the water

3.Add cooking wine to the pork belly, blanch the ginger in water and wash

4. Heat the oil in the pot and add the green onions to fry.Remove from the pan when the surface is slightly brown

5.Add white sugar and fry the sugar color
