Dried tofu ( 660g ) | Pork (fat to lean 1:9) ( 1200g ) |
Water ( 280g ) | Luncheon meat seasoning ( 1 bag ) |
White sugar (for smoking) ( A little ) | Tea (for smoking) ( a little ) |
How to make pan-fried rolls

1.Wash and drain the pork

2.Grind into minced meat

3. Prepare seasonings

4. Dissolve the seasoning with water and add the meat filling

5. Stir in one direction

6. Spread a thin layer of meat filling on half a sheet of dry tofu

7.Roll up

8. After everything is rolled up, put it into a steamer and let the water boil Then steam over medium heat for 20 minutes
