Ingredients
Minced pork ( 100g ) | Quail eggs ( 6 ) |
Green beans (appropriate amount) | Fresh shrimps ( 3 pieces ) |
Raw Smoke ( 1 spoon ) | cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) |
Pepper ( a little ) | Salt ( 1g ) |
Ginger powder/minced ginger (appropriate amount) | Sugar ( 1g ) |
How to make blessing eggs

1.Minced meat Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, ginger powder and pepper.

2.Use chopsticks to stir in one direction until smooth.

3. Peel the fresh shrimps, wash and drain them.

4.Put the minced meat into a small bowl and press it along the bottom of the bowl as shown.

5.Add the shrimp.

6. Knock in the quail eggs.

7. Add the green beans.

8. Bring water to a boil, put it into the pot and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

9. Take it out of the pot, take it out from the small bowl and put it on the plate.(You can squeeze some tomato sauce or drizzle some steamed fish soy sauce like me)
