Iron Bar Yam ( 100g ) | |
Broccoli ( 30g ) | Water ( 200g ) |
Juicer ( One Taiwan ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make broccoli, yam and egg custard

1. Prepare the ingredients: yam, broccoli, eggs

2.Peel the yam and soak the washed broccoli in light salt water

3.Crack the eggs into the bowl and mix well

4.Seasoning: add appropriate amount of salt

5.Light soy sauce

6.Cut the yam

7.Add to juicer

8.Add water

9. Wait 30 seconds to turn on
