How to make spicy tofu

1. Place the tofu cubes directly on the chopping board and cut into small cubes.

2.Put cold water in the container and add a seasoning spoon of salt.

Tips
1.Soak the tofu in salt water for 15 minutes before putting it in the pot.It will not crumbly and become elastic after being put in the pot.
2.Don’t add too much water, otherwise the juice will collect too slowly.
3.After the pot is boiled, turn down the heat to low when stewing tofu, and change to high heat before thickening.
