Tips
.Simple stir-fry, no technical content, the seasoning can be decided according to your own taste, whether it is slightly spicy, medium spicy or hot.
.We usually use chili pepper when frying haggis, in order to remove the smell.
.Add some minced garlic before serving.Because it is not spicy enough and the smell of mutton is not removed, I add a few small peppers. You may not add it, it depends on your own taste!
.Sheep head meat is not easy to cook until soft.Just add some hawthorn when cooking. The amount depends on the amount of meat.
.The farmers here have added salt to the peppers we have here in order to prevent insects during the drying process, so I add less salt. The amount of salt can be determined according to your own taste.
