How to steam small seafood

1.Soak the vermicelli in water till soft.

2. Cut the squid into segments.

3.Wash the rainbow, clams and shrimps.

4. Chop the garlic, red pepper and coriander into cubes.

5. Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and diced red pepper, and fry until minced garlic is slightly yellow.

6.Add salt and light soy sauce, mix well and set aside.

7. Boil a pot of water, put in the vermicelli and cook for one minute, take it out.

8. Add the sea rainbow and clams and blanch until they open.

9.Pinch out the open clams and rainbows one by one.

10. It is best to blanch the squid until it changes color and take it out.

11. Spread the vermicelli on the plate.

12.Put the seafood on top of the vermicelli.

Tips
Seafood can also be steamed directly without blanching, which will give it a more authentic taste.
