White garlic ( Some ) | Ginger ( Appropriate amount ) |

Octagonal ( 1 piece ) | Rock sugar ( 5-6 ) |

Recipe for Braised Pork Belly with Quail Eggs

1. Wash the pork belly, add cooking wine and marinate for ten minutes.
Cook the quail eggs and peel them in cold water and set aside
Cut the remaining ingredients and set aside
2.Hot oil.Add the ingredients to the pot and sauté until fragrant
Add in the rock sugar and wait until the rock sugar melts
Add in the pork belly and stir-fry until both sides are golden
3.Pour into the casserole, add light soy sauce, water and quail eggs.Cover the meat and eggs with water

4. Simmer on low heat for fifteen minutes and on high heat for ten minutes..You can use chopsticks to pierce the meat.If you pierce it, it means it is ready to cook

5. Before installation , sprinkle a little green garlic
Tips
You can use chopsticks to pierce the meat in the stew pot.If you like it sweeter, you can add more rock sugar.
