Recipe of Steamed Chicken Breast with Garlic and Enoki Mushrooms

1.Cut chicken breast into pieces, add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, cornstarch and marinate for 10 minutes

2. Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, wash and control water and set aside

Tips
