Red pepper ( A little ) | Garlic ( a little ) |
How to stir-fry organic cauliflower

1. Cut green onions and red peppers into sections, slice pork belly, and cut cauliflower into small pieces.

2. Boil water in a pot and blanch cauliflower until soft.

3. Remove and drain.

4. Heat oil in the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry.

5. When the pork belly is stir-fried until it is dry and the oil in the fat is stirred out , add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

6. Add the cauliflower and stir-fry for a while.

7.Add seasoning to taste.

8. Add red pepper and green onion segments and stir-fry briefly.

Tips
1.The time when blanching cauliflower should not be too long, so as not to affect the taste.
2.The amount of chili pepper can be adjusted according to personal taste
3.The pork belly is stir-fried to produce fat, which makes the dishes more fragrant
