Chicken hearts ( 200g ) | Red chili pepper ( 1 piece ) |
Green chili pepper ( 1 piece ) | Corn oil ( a little ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Oyster sauce ( a little ) |

How to make spicy fried chicken hearts

1.Wash the ingredients.

2. Cut the chicken heart in half, blanch it in cold water to remove the blood foam.

3. Remove, wash and drain, mince the onion and ginger, and shred the pepper.

Tips
